ASSOCIATE PARTNERPeer has more than 20 years experience in the areas that cover CRM systems and processes, eCommerce, loyalty, marketing and digital product development.
Before joining Cence, he headed up eCommerce, Marketing and CRM/Loyalty at Flyr, and was commercially responsible for the much loved, user friendly and UX-driven IBE and website features. He has a deep understanding of the entire valuechain of a business, and has been hands-on in everything from ERP setup, via establishing CRM practices to planning, production, execution and reporting marketing and eCommerce activities. Peer has a trained eye for detail and applies the need for commercial understanding in UX and design projects he is involved in.

CONSULTANTArnau is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in development, test automation, and data analysis. With a degree in Software Engineering, he began his career as a developer, working with multiple languages such as JavaScript, SQL and C#.
After two years as a developer, he transitioned into Quality Assurance, spending the last four years specializing in test automation, designing complex QA structures, improve coding and analyzing data to improve the team's efficiency.
Having worked in the aviation industry at Flyr and Cence, Arnau has developed a deep understanding of airline technology and business processes. His expertise in QA automation optimizes testing pipelines and ensures robust, scalable solutions. Passionate about logic and automation, he focuses on improving workflows and ensuring software quality through efficient and structured testing methodologies.

He has extensive experience from leading distributed teams and has a proven track record of making such distributed setups a success. CONSULTANTDaniel is an experienced consultant with 10 years experience in Ground Handling and the airline industy. During his time in Ground Handling, he specialized in manually written messages for standard IATA messages. Before joining Cence, Daniel worked with CUSS & CUTE and was among other things responsible for Domestic Transfer at Flyr. As a part of the team, he contributed to setting up Foxy (movement tracking and notification service) and also played a crucial role in the PNRGOV project, collaborating closely with 10 different countries and their PIU (Passenger Information Unit) teams. With his extensive experience and specialization in CUSS, CUTE, Operations, PNRGOV & BRS, Daniel is able to deliver value early in the projects.
